The Madison Art Society's 48th Annual Summer Juried Exhibition is on view until September 8th at the E.C. Scranton Memorial Library in Madison, CT. Two of my collages were selected: "Onto The Beach" and Hammonasset Gulls". ("Onto the Beach" nicely won the Picasso Award at this show). The opening reception is this Thursday, August 10th from 5-7pm. If you're in the area, please stop by...I'll be there!
"The Heat is On" Show at the Essex Art Association is on view until August 19th at this incredible art gallery in Essex, CT. My piece "East Wharf Fishing" (pictured below) is in this eclectic and fun exhibit.
The Clinton Art Society's 74th Annual Summer Juried Exhibition is on view until August 17th at the Andrews Memorial Town Hall in Clinton, CT. Grateful to have two of my original collages selected for this exhibit: 'Lobster Landing' and 'Madison Peonies' (pictured below). "Lobster Landing" has been a 'crowd-pleaser' as it's a collage of the iconic Clinton, CT lobster shack (this collage also nicely won the "CAS Member Award" at this show).
Look for me on the Madison, CT Green as I exhibit more of my original artwork through the Madison Art Society at the Summer Festival of Arts & Antiques on Saturday, August 26th from 9-4pm.
It's been an incredible summer season with these #Connecticut shows! I appreciate all your support and I'm so thrilled you like my original collages. I love creating them!
